For registered horses that have not won a total of 200 points to be ridden by Adult/Associate or Junior Associate Member disregarding any rider on the Gold League list as of 31st March 2016 and any horse/rider combination on the Silver league list as at 31st March 2016.

Class 2 Class 1a KBIS Insurance Senior British Novice/90CM OPEN
Rule 316. Single Phase. Speed 325mpm. Start Height 90cm.
First place rosette kindly sponsored by KBIS Insurance Horses / ponies may only compete in one section. For registered horses in Grade C not to have won a total of 125 points to be ridden by Adult, Associate or Junior Members in the Novice section.
Qualifies for: KBIS Insurance British Novice Championship - Second Round.
Qualifying period yearly 1st May - 30th April inclusive.
Numbers to qualify: Those horses which jump a clear round in the first round, followed by a clear round in the jump-off, in at least four KBIS Insurance British Novice First Round competitions held in any qualifying period will qualify to compete in and attend four KBIS Insurance British Novice Second Rounds, irrespective of their placings for prize money in those competitions, which will be determined by the normal Table A rules (Rule 191). Horses in the class must go in to the jump-off and go clear to gain a double clear round qualification. The winner of a particular KBIS Insurance British Novice competition will not automatically qualify solely as a result of that competition. For registered horses to be ridden by Adult, Associate or Junior Members excluding any rider listed on the British Showjumping Gold League List as of 31st March 2016.
The first 8 horses qualify for the final, held at the Blue Chip Winter Championships. Qualification does not pass down the line. Qualifiers must jump clear in the first round. Riders who qualify must submit their details at www.bluechipchamps.co.uk to register their qualification. Ariat are very kindly presenting an Ariat jacket to the winner of this qualifier, please collect your voucher from the show secretary at the qualifier. Class 7 Connolly's RED MILLS Senior Newcomers - First Round
Rule 312. Single Phase. Speed 325mpm. Start Height 1.10m.

Entry qualifications: to be ridden by Adult, Associate or Junior Members.
(a) For registered horses in Grade C that have not won a total of 375 points. Four double clears will qualify - in accordance with rule 312.6
(b) For all registered horses that are six years or under at the year that the final is going to be held, irrespective of points. Horses will be eligible for double clear qualification to attend second rounds providing they reach the age of six years or under in the same calendar year as the Senior Newcomers Final - in accordance with rule 312.6 Four double clears to qualify.
Four double clears will qualify for the Senior Newcomers Second Rounds.
Qualifies for: Connolly’s RED MILLS Senior Newcomers Second Round.
Qualifying period 1st June - 31st May inclusive.
Numbers to qualify: Those horses which jump a clear round in the First Round, followed by a clear round in the jump-off, in at least four Connolly’s RED MILLS Senior Newcomers First Round competitions in any qualifying period, will qualify to compete in a Connolly’s RED MILLS Senior Newcomers Second Round, irrespective of their placings for prize money in those competitions, which will be determined by the normal Table A Rules (Rule 191). To obtain a double clear qualification, even if the horse is the only clear round, it must jump a jump-off round and jump clear to gain a double clear round. The winner of a particular Connolly’s RED MILLS Senior Newcomers First Round competition will not automatically qualify solely as a result of that competition.
Classes 7 & 8 will be run consecutively. There will be one course walk for both classes before class 7. Prize giving for both classes will be after class 8. Two sets of prizes will be awarded.

Class 9 Senior Foxhunter – First Round /1.20M Open
Rule 310. Single Phase. Speed 350mpm. Start Height 1.20m.
In the event of 30 or more starters the class will be split and two sets of prize money awarded. Horses / ponies may only compete in one section. Foxhunter section:
(a) For registered horses in Grade C that have not won a total of 700 points. Four double clears will qualify - in accordance with rule 310.6
(b) For all registered horses that are seven years or under at the year that the final is going to be held, irrespective of points. Horses will be eligible for double clear qualification to attend second rounds providing they reach the age of seven years or under in the same calendar year as the Foxhunter Final - in accordance with rule 310.6 Four double clears will qualify.
Four Double clears will qualify for the Senior Foxhunter Second Rounds. Qualifying period: 1st June-31st May inclusive.
Open section:
For registered horses ridden by Adult, Associate or Junior Members.
In the event of 30 or more starters the class will be split with two sets of prize money.

Class 10 National 1.30m Open
