Nasirat

Annual

Program

2016 – 2017

My Dear Nasirat, Parents, Teachers and Nasirat Secretaries,

Assalamo Alaikum wa Rahmatullahi wa Barakatuho!

By the grace of Almighty Allah, we are able to compile the National Annual Program for 2016- 2017. Alhamdolillah Ala Zalik.

I am very grateful for my entire team that consist of assistants Nasirat Secretaries, Teachers and Halqa and Majalis Nasirat Secretaries who gave their valuable advises to compile this program. And special thanks to Hiba Azwar for taking the responsibility of designing and setting up the layout for printing. Jazakomullah Ahsanul Jaza. Please remember them in your prayers and May Allah grant them the best reward Ameen.

This year we have compiled two booklets, one as a permanent curriculum of all the Nasirat departments and the other is, Annul Tasks and Ijtema syllabus. Now it is the responsibility of Nasirat itself, mothers, halqa and majalis Nasirat secretaries to accomplish the program within the time frame with maximum number of participation. May Almighty Allah enable us to fulfill our responsibilities with the best of our abilities. Ameen

In regards to marking the assessments and exams, it is very important that each and every assessment and exam should be marked based on set criteria. Please remove the name of participant, give a number code and then assess the task according to the rubric. We would like to see each and every task is marked before sending it to Head quarter. We also like the name of judges and contact detail along with assignments and tasks. If doesn’t fulfill the criteria we will not consider these tasks from Majalis and Regions. Another option is to swap the task with another Majlis for marking to have fair results.

Wassalam,

Amtul Malik Najam Akhtar

National Secretary Nasirat Australia
