Partner Phased Migration Form

[Partner Name] with its principle place of business as [address] (“Partner”). Together with the Excel Micro Migration team, Partner agrees to the following terms to properly prepare to migrate a current McAfee SaaS Email Security Suite account to one of Excel Micro’s premium email security solutions. The Excel Micro Migration Team will use the below information provided by Partner to prepare a full migration path using the exclusive Excel Micro Migration Tool. The Excel Micro Tool will migrate all Customer Users, Aliases, Distribution Lists, Domain, Individual and Global Approved and Block Senders, Inbound and Outbound Mail Server IP Addresses.

NOTE: This Form is a key component for Excel Micro to meet the agreed upon Migration Path

  1. Partner is providing proper administrative login credentials to McAfee SaaS Email Security Suite to the Excel Micro Migration Team.

*Administrative Credentials are only needed if you are a direct client of McAfee. Excel Micro Clients do not need to provide credentials.

  1. Partner has provided all Customers sufficient noticeof the Migration and the corresponding changes under Partner to Customer agreed terms.
  2. Partner warrants that all of its existing Customers are listed in following exhibit.
  3. Partner agrees to contact Excel Micro on behalf of their Customers.
  4. Upon notice the Migration is complete; Partner will be responsible to update all Customer MX Records, Firewall Configurations, and Outbound Smarthost, to the destination email security preferences provided. Partner must delete all users or submit a cancellation for accounts migrated from McAfee within 30 days of completed migration or they will show usage within both McAfee and destination email security solution and you will be double billed.
  5. Partner agrees to indemnify and hold Excel Micro harmless for any Customer claims that arise out of Partner’s obligations under this Agreement. Excel Micro agrees to cooperate in the defense of any such claim.

Preferred Phased Migration Batch

A Phased Migration will be completed within a 30-60 day time frame from the agreed upon kickoff date, providing a Partner the ability to slowly transition their accounts. Each Batch of Customers will be migrated within 30 days. Together with your dedicated Account Manager and the Excel Micro Migration Team, the information provided below will be used to provide a proper and customized migration path fitting you and your customer’s needs. The information provided below is as shown within the McAfee Control Console.
