1. Request for the service
The letter-request will be recorded and forwarded to the Department Head
2. Review of the request
The Head of the Office usually gives instructions or writes notation on the request for appropriate action
3. Validation/assessment of trees to be cut/pruning
This requires actual site inspection. Accompany the personnel on the site as scheduled
4. Preparation and Review of Report
Site inspection report will be submitted to Office Head
5. Preparation Permit
6. Approval of the Permit
7. Release of Permit to Cut/Pruning Trees
The document will be recorded for tracking purposes / 5 minutes

3. Site verification and ground survey
This requires actual site inspection. Accompany the personnel on the site as scheduled
4. Preparation and Review of Report
Site inspection report will be submitted to Office Head
5. Preparation of Quarry Permit for Governor’s Approval
6. Release of Permit to Quarry
The signed document will be photocopied for tracking purposes / 5 minutes

Complaint-letter may be hand-carried. Upon receipt it will be promptly recorded
2. Review of Complaint
The Department Head assigns personnel to conduct investigation
3. Conduct of Fact-finding Investigation
Accompany personnel from office of the PG-ENRO in conducting on-site investigation
4. Preparation of investigation report
5. Evaluation of investigation
The investigation report will be reviewed
6. Summon of Parties Involved
Letters will be sent to concerned parties and agencies involved in the issue
7. Technical Conference
Meeting of Officers under the PG-ENRO will be held. Assessment of the report will be endorsed to the Office of the Governor including minutes of meeting / 5 minutes
