Please Note:
Any cat used for breeding must be registered in the same ownership as that of the prefix applied for. Please check the Certificate of Registrations of any cat’s you may own to insure that they are transferred into your name/s.
Applicants will be notified in writing when the prefix applied fore has been approved. However please also note that if any four(4) names submitted are not deemed suitable, it will be necessary to select a further four (4) names for consideration.
A prefix renewal fee must be paid at the end of each financial year (ending 31st October) along with renewal of membership.

Notes to assist you
Do not leave any spaces between letters-the prefix must consist of one (1) word only of twelve (12) letters or less.
Do not use Christian Names (eg: John, Harry etc) or numbers
The FCC WA (Inc) will not accept a prefix for registration which is the same or similar to any prefix already registered.
Select all names carefully ass prefixes will not be changed once they have been registered.
This application must be submitted before you commence breeding.
If you intend to register the prefix as cattery name (i.e. Blackdot cattery) all cats owned by you must be registered s being owned by that name, except where the cat/s have been leased to you.
Please forward this application together with the applicable fee of $22.00 to the FCC of WA (Inc).
