Profile

I am an experienced trainer withexpertise in designing and developing training. I have been involved in organisational development which included SWOT and PESTLE analysis on a business. I have developed bespoke training to support management teams and operational staff to work more effectively together.I instigated, set up and delivered networking events which were a real success and supported small organisations to facilitate their own peer support networks. I have also developed a work experience programme for young people. I have wider Human Resources (HR) experience through developing and proof reading policy & procedure and involvement in recruitment and induction - including writing job descriptions, person specifications and recruitment advertisements.

I am currently studying the CIPD Level 5 in Learning and Development in order to cross over into the Learning and Development (L&D) sector. I am passionate about sharing knowledge and supporting other people’s development and would like to further my own career by working within L&D whilst also providing the sector with a committed and conscientious professional.
