Responsible to:Sales &Marketing Manager
Main purpose of the job:
- This role will provide administrative support to:
- a) The Marketing Manager in the fulfilment of marketing and promotional functions; and
- b) The Director of the Trust in managing a variety of functions.
Responsibilities
1)To work with the Sales and Marketing Manager to develop and deliver effective promotion and marketing of the Trust, Occombe Farm Café and Trust events in order to increase revenue generation.
2)To support the Sales & Marketing Manager in developing and increasing revenue from the Trust’s membership scheme.
3)To support the Sales & Marketing Manager through administration of the following:
- TCCT Facebook, Twitter, TripAdvisor accounts
- TCCT Websites – updates, events
- Monitoring and replenishing stocks of leaflets at visitor centres
- Drafting press releases and liaising the press
- Google Analytics
- Publicity for TCCT events and Occombe Farm Café
- DigiTickets - adding events and monitoring ticket sales
- Posting details of TCCT events on third party websites
4)To support the Director and Sales and Marketing Manager in the organisation and delivery of the annual Occombe Beer Festival, including procurement and logistics.
5)To support the Director in overall administration including filing, record keeping, the management of meetings, appointments and enquiries.
6)To support the Director in organisation and management of Trust board meetings including the collation and circulation of papers, taking notes at board and sub-committee meetings and circulation of such notes following the meetings.
7)To compile Key Performance Indicator (KPI) data for submission to Senior Management Team and Board of Trustees.
8)To support the Director in the supervision and management of Health & Safety performance within the Trust; collection and compiling performance data, tracking improvements, accident and incident reporting.
9)To undertake such other duties as may be reasonably assigned from time to time commensurate with the status of the post.

ESSENTIAL / DESIRABLEQUALIFICATIONS /
- GCSEs (or equivalent) – English, Maths
- IT qualification
- Business Administration qualification
- Relevant degree or other higher education qualification
EXPERIENCE /
- Customer services; dealing with the public.
- Office administration
- Preparing press releases
- Writing letters, reports and professional documents.
- Minute taking.
- Social Media - Facebook, Twitter, TripAdvisor.
- Experience of working in the voluntary sector.
- Experience of marketing and advertising.
- Event organisation and management.
