INFORMAL CONFERENCES

TIME AND PLACE:The informal conferences held before an Agency Subordinate of the Board of Nursing was convened at 9:25 A.M., in Conference Room 1, Department of Health Professions, 6603 West Broad Street, Richmond, Virginia.

CONFERENCES
SCHEDULED:Laura Richter (Atmas), L.P.N. 0002-038283
Ms. Richter (Atmas) appeared, accompanied by attorney, Andrew Schilling; and Michael Bohan, M.D.
Ms. Richter (Atmas) was informed a recommended decision will be made and mailed to her within ninety days.
This recommendation will be presented to the full Board; if accepted, an Order will be entered. As provided by law, this decision shall become a Final Order thirty days after service of such order on Ms. Richter (Atmas) unless a written request to the Board for a formal hearing on the allegations made against her is received from Ms. Richter (Atmas) within such time. If service of the order is made by mail, three additional days shall be added to that period. Upon such timely request for a formal hearing, the decision of this conference committee shall be vacated.
CONFERENCES
SCHEDULED:Erica Vaughan, R.N. 0001-156140
Ms. Vaughan appeared, accompanied by her husband, Rodney Vaughan; and her father, Brian Frederickson.
Linda Kleiner, R.N, Health Practitioners Intervention Program Case Manager was present and provided information regarding Ms. Vaughan’s participation in the Health Practitioners Intervention Program.
Ms. Vaughan was informed a recommended decision will be made and mailed to her within ninety days.
This recommendation will be presented to the full Board; if accepted, an Order will be entered. As provided by law, this decision shall become a Final Order thirty days after service of such order on Ms. Vaughanunless a written request to the Board for a formal hearing on the allegations made against her is received from Ms. Vaughan within such time. Ms. Greene did not appear.
Dr. Elliott established adequate notice was given to Ms. Greene.
