INVITATION TO REGISTER ON THE PROSPECTIVE SERVICE PROVIDER DATABASE
The Insurance Sector Education and Training Authority (INSETA) invite prospective suppliers and service providers to register their companies onits Supplier Database.
The INSETA is a statutory body established through the Skills Development Act of 1998. As guided by its mandate the INSETA is as such an agent of transformation by promoting employment equity and broad-based BEE through skills development. In this context the INSETA is keen to form sustainable partnerships that will further its support for transformation.
In order to comply with the regulations of the Public Finance Management Act and to ensure a competitive process, INSETA invites all prospective providers of the following goods and services to be listed on its database:
- Photography Services in all 9 provinces
- Corporate Gifts, branding and clothing
- Computer Consumables (hardware and software)
- Stationery Supplies (office))
- Design and Layout
- Maintenance and repair services (handy man)
- Office Furniture
- Office Equipment
- Recruitment agencies for temporary staff only
The Database will mainly be used for the purposes of identifying entities that can be approached when price quotations for goods and services up to the rand value of R500 000.00 are invited.Quotations will be obtained from suppliers/service providers registered on the Database on a rotational basis.
Note: Suppliers/service providers will be limited to five (5) commodities only. Suppliers/Service Providers are encouraged to submit their applications at any time for considerations. The database will be updated on a quarterly basis as per timelines below:
