  1. Post Title: District Project In-Charge (1)
Work base: Gorkha
Job Summary:
Successfully implement the post-earthquake rebuilding, Rehabilitation and Community Empowerment Project. The projectwill modelintensive disability specific work in Gorkha and wider level of disability advocacy in district, region and national level.
Required Qualifications, Experience & Skills: Bachelor’s degree with 3 years’ experience in developing and managing projects; good coordination and relationship building skills with diverse stakeholders; excellent communication skills in English; planning, monitoring, reporting and financial management; good computer operating skills. Willingness to work and travel in remote rural areas.
  1. Post Title: Project Monitoring, Evaluation and Learning Officer (1)
Work base: Pokhara, with frequent travel to project districts in western region
Job Summary:
Develop, maintain and enhance technical standards; strengthening monitoring and evaluation systems. Develop activities, targets, indicators and modes of working for projects; provide corrective actions to ensure the targets are achieved. Supporting Cluster Manager in writing proposals and reporting to stakeholders is also a requirement for this jobholder.
Required Qualifications, Experience & Skills: Bachelor’s degree with 3 years’ work experience in M&E field, research, documentation & analytical skills, familiar with M&E tools and techniques including log-frame planning and indicators, support for developing plans, proposal and reports. Excellent communication skills in English, good computer operating skills.
  1. Post Title:Cluster Finance Officer (1) Work base: Pokhara
Job Summary: Lead the Cluster Finance for financial planning, accounting, management and reporting; donor funding analysis; developing financial proposals and maintaining good relationship with relevant stakeholders.
Required Qualifications, Experience & Skills: Bachelor degree in Management majoring Finance/Accounting;minimum three years of accounting and financial management experience; high level of knowledge of using computerized accounting systems & spread-sheets (MS excel in particular), analytical & presentation skills.
  1. Post Title:Donor Project Officer (1) Work base: Pokhara, with frequent travel to project districts in western region
Job summary:SupportCluster Manager to raise funds, ensure effective monitoring of donor funding, identify gaps, find new donors, help develop and submit proposals and reports, ensure that budgets and reports submitted to donors have integrity, are transparent, are submitted on time, and in compliance with donor purposes/restrictions.
Required Qualifications, Experience & Skills: Bachelor’sdegree (preferred special English) with 3 years’ practical experience in donor relations management in I/NGO, good computer knowledge, good analytical and documentation skills, very good written and spoken communication, networking and interpersonal skills in English. Willingness to travel and spend considerable time in rural/remote districts.
  1. Post Title: CBR Officer (1)
Work base: Gorkha district HQ, with frequent visits to selected VDCs
Job Summary:Implementation of disability specific services and mainstreaming disability agendas throughout post-earthquake rebuilding process in Gorkha. Working with local partner organizations (LPOs). Develop the capacity of selected LPOs and empowerment of persons with disabilities, ensuring their rights and entitlements.
Required Qualifications, Experience & Skills: Bachelor’s degree with at least 2 years’ working experience in managing projects in CBR field, training & facilitation, planning & reporting, interpersonal communication skill, community/organization mobilization skill.
  1. Post Title: Physio Rehab Officer (1)
Work base: Gorkha district HQ, with frequent visits to selected VDCs
Job summary:Develop and provide Primary Rehabilitation Therapy (PRT) services and trainingto staff, clients & communities and equipping local community organizations to provide on-going PRT services to people with disabilities.Responsible to take the lead in the monitoring and evaluation of PRT work and services.
Required Qualifications, Experience & Skills: Bachelors in Physiotherapy with 1 year of relevant experience and registered with the NHPC, sound physiotherapy skill, demonstrable training facilitation skill, client dealing skill, planning, monitoring & reporting skill.
  1. Post Title: CBR Supervisor (2)
Work base: Community based in Gorkha, with frequent visits to targeted VDCs
Job summary: Implementation of disability specific services and mainstreaming disability services throughout post-earthquake rebuilding process in Gorkha. Working with local partner organizations (LPOs). Primarily provide capacity training for staff of LPOs, other groups and organizations and empowerment of persons with disabilities, ensuring their rights and entitlements.
Required Qualifications, Experience & Skills:Certificate levelwith 1 year working experience in related field, group facilitation skill, community mobilization skill, advocacy skill, interpersonal skill, report writing skills.
  1. Post Title: Psychosocial Counsellor (1)
Work base: Gorkha district HQ, with frequent visits to selected VDCs
Job summary: Psycho-social counselling and related therapeutic training and orientation to earthquake affected and traumatized people, particularly for persons with disabilities, poor, widows, children and community people; support people to get free from trauma, anxiety and psychological problems.
Required Qualifications, Experience & Skills:Proficiency Certificate Level with at least one year work experience in counselling field,counselling & facilitation skill, interpersonal & communication and client dealing skill, report writing skill.
  1. Post Title: Community Health Supervisor(1)
Work base: Gorkha district HQ, with frequent visits to selected VDCs
Job summary: Provide primary healthcare support, training to clients with disabilities, their families and communities; transfer skills to develop the health capacity of local organizations and communities and initiate lobby and advocacy to ensure the access of persons with disabilities to mainstream health services and facilities.
Required Qualifications, Experience & Skills:Proficiency Certificate in Health Assistant/Staff Nurse with registration in NHPC, at least 1 year work experience in related field,demonstrable training and facilitation skill, wound, pressure sore, urine & bowel management skill.
  1. Post Title: Construction Supervisor (1)
Work base: Gorkha district HQ, with frequent visits to selected VDCs
Job summary: Responsible for the implementation and monitoring of GRACE Project’s physical construction works to provide physical construction work; designing appropriate maps in line with Nepal Government standard and supervise the rebuilding process in target areas ensuring that physical infrastructure are disaster resilient and disabled friendly; purchasing, supplying and proper storage of construction materials.
Required Qualifications, Experience & Skills:Overseer in civil engineering, at least one year work experience with community mobilization to accomplish the community construction project. Able to carry out project survey, design and estimate independently for resilient houses, schools, and other Gov. and public buildings; negotiation and community dealing skills.
  1. Post Title: Admin and Finance Assistant (1)
Work base: Gorkha district HQ
Job summary:Running the Gorkha District Admin and Finance department; administrative support to projects and to provide support to district implementing team for budgeting, accounting and financial control of overall district project’s activities.
Required Qualifications, Experience & Skills: 10+2 in Management;at least 2 years’ work experience in book keeping and in monitoring of financial transactions, a good working knowledge of computer systems, especially MS excel and word, and good understanding of the English language
  1. Post Title: Driver(1)
Work base: Pokhara with frequent visit to district offices
Job summary: Drive light and heavy vehicles and to carryout minor repair and maintenance of the vehicle.
Required Qualifications, Experience & Skills:8th pass; valid Government driving licence (heavy & light), at least 2 years’ driving experience, repair and maintenance skills
