How long have you known Nominee? (Give an overview of the context and nature of your interactions in the past with the nominee)
I know Mr.P.Rajarethinam for more than 10 years. I came to know as evaluator of Hivos support. He used to prepare planning materials and used to provide support our staff, teachers, community leaders, through interactions and meetings, etc.
Why should Asha support this Nominee as a Fellow?(Include your perspective on the strengths of the applicant, key/unique aspects of the work being proposed, how Asha can create a mutually beneficial relationship with the fellow)
Asha has to support Mr.P.Rajarethinam due to the following reasons:
·  Lack of resources for the candidate who is prepared to serve the community need to be supported.
·  He is a professional who has always instrumental in helping the poor through his dedicated/committed service need to be assisted.
·  To have social changes in the deprived society, we require skilled human resources such as P.Rajarethinam.
·  He has been working with NGOs like Bharathi trust and other NGOs. Now it is the time to support his initiatives and to achieve best results.
