Limited 110 Volt Electricity available at no charge. Bring an extension cord.
VIPDealerPass - $150. for Friday access
• Booths are reserved upon receipt of this signed contract with check, money order, or
credit card payment. (Make a copy for your records) Booth reservation deadline is Aug .16, 2013.
No checks accepted after deadline. Cash or VISA/MC/AMEX/DISC only at load-in.
• Only one exhibitor may be represented in a booth. No subleasing or booth splitting.
• Sharking is prohibited.
• Absolutely nosales or purchases, or soliciting to sale or purchase on premises outside
Exhibit Hall during show hours.Violators may be removed from the show.
• No illicit items/merchandise may be displayed or sold in any form.
• No blasting/blaring or continuous playing. Noise levels above 85db OSHA standard are restricted and
will be monitored. No sound booths available. Bring small amp or headphones for demo.
• Exhibitors are solely responsible for their booths and inventory from load-in to load-out and can, at
their own option and expense, provide their own property and liability insurance.
• Neither the Carolina Guitar Show nor its promoters assume responsibility for any loss, theft,
damage, injury or accidents that might happen during event.
• 24-Hour Security provided byCarolina Guitar Show.
• No load-out during public hours. Early load-outs after 6pm Sat, or before 10am Sun.
No breakdown Sun after 10am until close at 4pm.
• Carolina Guitar Show and its promoters reserve the right to refuse a booth application for any
reason.
• Signs are provided as a courtesy and are the property of Bee-3 Vintage. Please do not take them;
we will use them again.
• Each exhibitor is fully responsible for any city, state, and federal taxes, fees or fines incurred while
participating in the Carolina Guitar Show.
