Responsibilities: Obtain college credit with approval from academic department. Develop and implement marketing strategies as well as sales campaigns. Help maintain and expand social media presence. Create and implement advertising ideas. Suggest marketing content for website. Develop sales skills by speaking with prospective clients. Gain hands-on experience of the insurance industry through quoting policies. Research and identify prospects that will meet the agency’s client profile. Support sales efforts by adhering to department operations and providing timely and accurate prospect data in order to track and monitor for management reporting and sales forecasting. Create marketing materials to grow client base. Lead generation through cold calling, internal references and development of professional relationships. Potential for full-time employment at end of internship

Responsibilities: Take the lead in supporting a young person through an on-going, one-to-one relationship. Make a 3 month to one-year commitment if needed. Spend a minimum of 4 hours a week with mentee. Communicate with the mentee weekly and Attend optional mentor/mentee group events, mentor support groups, and program recognition events
Requirements: Should be at minimum an undergraduate student, excellent listener, patient and flexible, knowledgeable, tolerant and respectful of multicultural differences. Requirements:

A four- year degree or equivalent experience

Strong cognitive skills, including problem analysis, decision making, financial and quantitative analysis. Able to continuously move around all areas of the store on a daily basis, as well as ability to lift 40lbs. Ability to work flexible hours including nights and weekends.

LCSW, StayWell, Waterbury CT
Responsibilities: Identifies patient problems and completes Initial and Master Treatment Plans to ensure that patients receive treatment using evidence based treatment models to assist patients in achieving treatment goals and objectives related to psycho-social needs in a measurable professional manner. Provides case presentation for treatment planning and treatment reviews within multidisciplinary clinical team meetings. Conducts and facilitates psycho-educational and psycho-social group therapy sessions. Participate in community planning initiatives and other collaborative efforts when determined appropriate by the Director of Behavioral Health. Attend in-service trainings and external conferences during clinic hours with prior approval of the Director of Behavioral Health.
Requirements: Licensed or license eligible (LCSW, LPC, LMFT). Licensed eligible must document their intent to be licensed within 1 year of the date of hire. Minimum one year experience in a hospital, community based mental health center or private practice setting as part of their training experience.. Must attend continuing education mental health seminars and obtain sufficient CEU credits to maintain relevant licensure. Experience in procedures and documentation requirements of managed care organizations. Bi-lingual/bi-cultural preferred.
