Teams may not change their kick off time without prior agreement from the appropriate fixture secretary. The League requires 14 days notice in accordance with the rules of the competition to change kick off times.

The Chairman and the Secretary of each club shall complete and sign the following agreement which shall be deposited with the Competition together with the application for the coming season 2015-2016, or upon indicating that the Club intends to compete:

______Football Club have been provided with a copy of the rules and regulations of the Kent Youth League Competition and do hereby agree for and on behalf of the said Club, if elected or accepted into Membership, to conform to those Rules and Regulations and to accept, abide by and implement the decisions of the Management Committee of the Competition, subject to the right of appeal in accordance with Rule 16."

Any Alteration to the Chairman and or Secretary on the above agreement must be notified to the appropriate County Football Association and to the Chief executive of the competition.

New Clubs - Application is £250.00 per team (Application Fee will be returned if not elected to the League).

Existing Clubs - Extra Teams to be included for next season - £250.00 per team (Fee will be returned if no space for team).

Cheques please to be sent to Ken Brooke - payable to "KENT YOUTH LEAGUE".

Any existing club reapplying that is already a member of the League pay NOTHING at this stage.

All clubs when accepted to the Constitution will pay annual League fees at the AGM in June.
