*Classes will be run in the order listed. Fee must be paid at the Tire/Fuel Garage PRIOR to the start of the race.
*Those not entering the fun race will get a run or two as time allows.

*Age out awards will be given at the awards ceremony.
· All visitors will need to exit the vehicle prior to entrance and pick up your credentials at our Ticket Booth. Each window will be assigned letters of the alphabet. Your credentials will be available under your LAST name. Each Driver and Crew will need to sign our Event Waiver at the window.
· We will be assigning pit parking by Track/Teams. We want everyone to be together to help team spirit. So there really is no need to be here early to get the best spots. There will be staff here to help you to your assigned pit stall. We will NOT open earlier than Tuesday at 10 am.
· There will be NO STACKING available on site prior to Monday July 13 at 9 am. There will be no parking available for your rigs prior to this time.
· We will be running 1/8 mile and will use the Jr. Turnout at approximately 1,500 feet. It will be opened up for the parents to cross the track at that location as well.
· Concessions will be open Wednesday – Saturday. Breakfast will be available from 8-11:30 am, Lunch from Noon to 6ish. Bags of ice will be available when concessions are open, $6 for a 20 lb bag.
· We do have a vendor who will be providing Septic Pump and Water every morning. It must be pre-paid the day before.
· Track/Team pictures are scheduled for 8 am on Friday. We will get everyone ready in the grandstands and
· There will be water in the staging lanes for participants. One at the midway point, one at the head of staging.
· The Facility Gate will close at Midnight, you will not be able to enter the property after that.
· There will be a STRICT CURFEW at Midnight. The facility gates will lock and you must be inside your trailer. You will not be able to get in the property after this time. Anyone who is out after this time will get one warning; you may then be disqualified from the event.
· There will be no warning for Vandalism, Mischievous Acts, Destruction of Property, etc. Anyone, and possibly the entire track, caught performing any of these acts will be disqualified from the event.
· ***Bring lots of sunscreen, water and Bugspray***
