***Open bids for chip sealing.
***Second reading of Ordinance No. 2015-04 An Ordinance Authorizing the issuance, sale and delivery of not to exceed $1,754,000 project revenue bonds of the City of Wagner: making certain covenants and agreements to provide for the payment and security thereof; providing for a special charge or surcharge for the purpose of paying principal of and interest on said bonds as they become due, and authorizing certain other documents and actions in connection therewith.
***Two surplused city mowers– approval to advertise for sealed bids or sell at public auction.
NEW BUSINESS
***Lynn Soukup present to request city assistance for Wagner spring baseball team and VFW summer baseball teener team.
***Pat Breen present to request city assistance for Wagner Girls Softball teams.
***Kelsey Doom present concerning two city lots to the north of McCormick field.
***Approval of quote for counter top and cabinet replacement for the armory kitchen.

***Approval of application to SD DENR Small Community Planning Grant Program to assist in storm water drainage study.
***Approval of agreement for engineering services for the storm water drainage study.
***Approval of renewal of Aircraft Hangar Lease Agreement for Dakota Aircare.
***Approval authorizing the execution of pipeline license #WL1115 by the Mayor, as the Permitee’s authorized representative for final execution, for the Front Avenue/ 1st Street Utility Improvement Project.
***Approval or the following malt beverage on-sale and on/off sale licenses: Buche Foods, Bob’s Liquor, Casey’s, K’s Qwik Stop, Valley Pump, Wagner Super Foods, Wagner Super Foods Liquor, Wagner Speedway, Wagner Theater, Inc. and Weisser Oil.
***Discussion of chickens in town and current city ordinance.
***Set date for Spring Clean up day.
***Approval of city wide FREE dump coupons.
