Siemens Healthcare employs over 2,100 employees within the UK.This role will give the successful candidates the opportunity to work across our Sales, Service, Managed Services and Project Management business areas.The Head Office is based in Frimley however we have teams based at seven customer sites and geographically distributed teams across the UK.We also have factories based in Eynsham, Sudbury and Llanberris.

What are my responsibilities?

You will complete an intensive induction programme to provide a broad understanding of the business; its products and processes followed by a cycle of 3-6 month placements working within different business areas and be engaged in real-life business projects and challenges. Career preferences will be discussed as you progress through the two year programme. The programme is designed to be flexible so that placements can be identified in line with your career aspirations, in conjunction with the evolving needs of the business. During these placements, you will be required to present your learning and recommendations, and demonstrate your progress, to the Healthcare Management Board which will provide you with a fantastic opportunity to develop their profile within the business.

What do I need to qualify for this job?

·  You will be graduating or have graduated, with a minimum 2:1 degree in a business management related degree and have a keen interest in applying this knowledge in a commercial environment. We would also be interested in candidates who have completed medical or clinical based training such as radiography and who are now looking to move into a business environment

·  We are looking for Graduates to join our Healthcare Graduate Programme who have the potential to be our business leaders of the future.

·  Candidates must have the energy and drive to succeed, be committed to excellence in their results, be curious and comfortable to challenge the status quo, be innovative in their thinking, have excellent interpersonal skills and be comfortable working with and presenting to Senior Management.

·  Although formal certifications are not necessary, any exposure to Sales, Project Management, Operations Management or Quality Management will serve to enhance applications. Relevant work experience is desirable, but not essential.

What else do I need to know?

Graduates will be a part of the Siemens Plc Graduate Development Programme and will be required to supplement their day-to-day learning experiences with key learning modules that have been developed to provide them with the fundamental skills that they will require as a basis for their future career. Combined with this, the programme increases the graduates’ knowledge of the business through visits to Company sites across the UK, discussion with managers and, most importantly, through networking with other graduates around the business.
