This training provides participants with a first-hand experience and understanding of the ICC Arbitration procedure through practical and interactive sessions. Participants will study the arbitration proceedings through the simulation of a mock case.

The fee covers all training activities, including documentation, lunches and coffee breaks, subject to last minute changes and modifications by the organisers.

Special Discounts:

Travel and accommodation:

Travel and hotel expenses are not included in the registration fees.

Participants are responsible for making their own travel arrangements and hotel reservations. A small quota of rooms has been blocked however at the Tang Palace Hotel at negotiated preferential rates. Reservations must be made before 10th of April 2016 and guaranteed by a credit card. Hotel reservations received after this date will be accepted on a space available basis at prevailing rates. Full details will be sent upon registration.

Cancellation charge:

20% of the contribution to costs will be refunded if notice of cancellation is received in writing before 28March 2016. Cancellations after this date are not refundable. However, registration may be transferred to another person from the same company or organization at no extra charge, provided that notice is sent to prior to the Conference.

Please note that ICC GHANA reserves the right to cancel this event or to make minor alterations to the content and timing of the programme or to the identity of the speakers. In the unlikely event of cancellation, delegates will be offered a full refund. ICC GHANA will not, however, be held responsible for any related expense incurred by the participant.
