Cancellation Procedures:
Cancellations by the University - CardiffUniversity reserves at its sole discretion the right to cancel this and any associated events. In the event of cancellation the University will refund in full payments it has received in relation to this event. The University expressly excludes any liability for any direct or indirect losses or damages howsoever occurring as a result of such a cancellation and will not, for example, refund any cancellation or other charges imposed by airlines, hotels, travel agents or other organisations.
In the event of a cancellation, those who have provided an E-mail address when booking will be informed by E-mail. Those without e-mail addresses who have provided postal addresses will be sent details through the post.
Cancellation by those booked to attend an event - Cancellation of attendance by organisations must be received in writing to Careers & Employability or via E-mail: If Careers & Employability receives your cancellation:
• 30 days prior to the event - you will receive a full refund.
• Less than 30 days prior to the event - you will not receive a refund.
Those failing to cancel their attendance, for whatever reason, will not receive a refund.
