September Orientation Activity Schedule
Wednesday, September 6, 1-2PM,Student Org Meeting, SW Room 119 – Join us for pizza and learn about your student government. All welcome!
Thursday, September 7, 8:30AM – 3PM,Required Field Orientation for incoming full-time students who will be starting field placements in September. The Field Ed Orientation program will be held at the Photonics Building, 8 St. Mary’s Street, 9thFloor. Advanced Standing Students are welcome to attend the safety training from 11AM-1PM.
Thursday, September 7 from5:30-7:30PM–Wine & Cheese,Meet-Your-Mentor(for mentors and mentees assigned over the summer). Student Lounge, 1st floor SW Building, 264 Bay State.
Friday, September 8from 7- 10PM -Student Org BUSSW - Welcome & Welcome-Back Partyfor returning & incoming students at the Dugout, 722 Commonwealth Avenue, Boston.
Saturday, September 16, 11AM- SSW Goes Kayakingfor returning & incoming students. Secure your spot,bring $5 to SW Rm 119 byWednesday, September 13th. (Please provide your email and phone. Also, please let us know if you can drive and if so, how many you can take).The Office of Student Services will pay for the remainder of the cost.Meet at the SW Welcome Center. (Rain date/Sunday, September 17th – same time, etc.).
