Cancellation policy
If you order the Client Update programme and receive the link no refund will be given. The programme is instantly available once the link is received and it is not possible for you to return the product for a refund. However, should you find you experience any problems please contact us at . You may cancel within fourteen days of placing your order, provided that no link has been supplied to you within this period. We are unable accept cancellations outside the periods stated.
Invoicing policy
If you have requested us to invoice you, payment is due on each invoice submitted within thirty days of the date on the invoice. However, no link will be supplied to you until the amount due on the relevant invoice has been paid in full.
