Rules and Regulations Governing the use of the Barbecue Pit

1.0  No live band music or mobile disco is allowed. Only portable components approved by the Management can be used provided there are no complaints from other users and residents. The applicant must ensure that the volume shall be maintained at a reasonable level and noise shall be minimized.

2.0  The user shall maintain the general cleanliness of the BBQ pit and shall not litter in/or around the BBQ pit. He/she shall clean up the BBQ pit and remove all articles and refuse immediately after using it.

3.0  Booking for the pit may be made at least one month in advance. Bookings shall be made in person at the Management Office on first-come-first-served basis.

4.0  The permit for use of the BBQ pit is not transferable.

5.0  The user shall be responsible for the good conduct and behavior of all persons at the BBQ during the period of use.

6.0  The user shall indemnify the Management against all actions, claims and demands that may be brought against the Management by one person or persons on account of or attribute to the use of the BBQ pit.

7.0  The Management shall not be responsible for any mishap arising from the use of the BBQ pit.

8.0  Maximum of 30 guests shall be allowed per pit.

9.0  Washing will not be allowed at any of the common areas.

10.0  The Management reserves the right to deduct an equivalent sum of monies from the refundable deposit for any damages caused and additional cleaning services if required, and for any additional expenses incurred in rectifying any such damage caused to the common property or for any irregularities or contravention of the rules and regulations.

11.0  Cancellation of booking shall be made one week before the actual scheduled date, failing which the booking fee will be forfeited in full.
