Refunds Policy
If you cancel your booking within a month of the course date, you will be given a full refund. If you cancel between a month and 2 weeks, you will be given a 50% refund.
If you cancel a booking within 2 weeks of the course, or do not show up on the day having booked, you will not be entitled to a refund (and if you have not yet paid, will be liable to pay the full amount, since you will have taken a place we could have sold to another participant)
We reserve the right to cancel a course if there are insufficient numbers (though this has never yet been necessary!). In this instance you will receive a full refund of your course fees within 14 days of cancellation being announced.
Equipment/Software
For the SEM using Mplus course and the Testing for Mediation and Moderation using Mplus course, each participant will need to bring their own laptop with the free demo version of Mplus installed (it can be downloaded from
For the Testing for Mediation and Moderation using SPSS course and the Multilevel Modelling using SPSS course, each participant will need to bring their own laptop with SPSS installed (any version from v19 to v23 is OK!)
