UNIT OVERVIEW: This unit covers the role and skills required of a human resource manager; and strategies employed by HR managers in recruitment, induction, training and motivation of staff, and evaluating staff performance.

ASSESSMENT: Extended response test; unseen question - 90 mins (600-800 words)

Extended response to stimulus: Multimodal (5-7 mins)
