The nomination deadline is close of business, July 17, 2015.

Nominations are sought for the following categories:

  • Organizational Support, volunteers whose work supports the organization as a whole; may include fundraising, board service, outreach,or administrative support
  • Patient/Family Service, volunteers working directly with patients, their families, and loved ones
  • Specialized Volunteer Service,volunteers who have supported hospice patients and families through a specialized volunteer program such as We Honor Veterans, pediatric care, pet therapy, bereavement support, spiritual care, massageand other complimentary therapies, etc.
  • Young Leader, high school and college students whose volunteer contributions made a significant impact on the hospice. Nominees for this category must be between the ages of 14 and 22.

The awards will be presented during the Clinical Team Conference, October 15 - 17, 2015 at the Gaylord Texan Resort and Convention Center in Grapevine, Texas.It is hoped that the honorees will be able to accept the award in person.
