CALL TO ORDER

Dr. Camp called the meeting to order at 8:40 a.m.

REVIEW OF MINUTES

A motion was made by Dr. Kelman, seconded by Dr. Morgan to approve the April 20, 2006 minutes as presented. The motion was unanimously carried.

UNFINISHED BUSINESS

Rule and Regulation Hearing-Rescheduled

The hearing has been rescheduled for Thursday, June 15, 2006.

Review of Application

A motion was made by Dr. Kelman, seconded by Dr. Cowan to approve the applications of Gregory Matheny and Cheri Zatko- Coseglia. The motion was unanimously carried.

Other Business Before the Board (for discussion only)

The Board was asked whether or not a licensee who provides a continuing education seminar could use that seminar towards their continuing education requirements for this renewal. The Board agreed that the teaching experience can be used for continuing education hours.

The Board requested the following statement be added to the course approval form:

“If there are no changes to the course content, hours or speakers, this course is approved for 2 years from the date of Board approval. The course can be offered at any time during the 2 year period without having to request approval for any additional dates”.

Next Scheduled Meeting

The next scheduled meeting will be held on Thursday, June 15, 2006 at 8:30 a.m., in conference room B, second floor of the Cannon Bldg., 861 Silver Lake Blvd., Dover Delaware.

A motion was made by Mr. Houghton seconded by Dr. Morgan to adjourn. The motion was unanimously carried. The meeting was adjourned at 8:50 a.m.
