  • Conducted skill building workshops on various themes such as Interpersonal skills, etiquettes, team building and image building for entry-level retail bankers for a corporate client.
  • Delivered a workshop on diversity, inclusion and leadership development designed exclusively for female employees of a leading PSU bank in India as a part of an initiative called ‘Unnati’.
  • Conducted a 3 month long skill-building & personality development workshop to enhance the employability of participants for a leading technical institute at Bhubaneswar. The workshop modules focused on developing interpersonal communication skills, group presentation skills, group discussions and interview facing skills, effective resume making skills, grooming and dressing, time management, effective team work etc. for students.

Experience – Compensation & Variable Pay /
  • Designed the variable pay structure for a leading Indian company in the Fertilizer & Chemical industry. This also involved implementing the pay system for them through detailed simulations to normalize ratings & estimate total outlay for the client.
  • Conducted a compensation and Benefits survey across Fertilizer and Chemical segment in India. The project involved generating key insights on the existing compensation structure of the client/ host organization and then finding gaps when comparing with the market trends. On the basis of this gap analysis and market trend study, suggesting suitable recommendations to the client.

Experience – Job Evaluation, organization structuring /
  • Conducted Job Evaluation (JE) for a leading Indian exchange to help the client streamline roles, responsibilities and accountabilities of over 100 unique jobs in the company.
  • Conducted training workshops for the internal HR team to learn the process of Job evaluation.
  • Conducted trainings for employees to acclimatize them to the structure changes due to the intervention.

Experience – Skill building and Change Management /
  • Designed an integrated PMS for a Gujarat based public sector company operating in fertilizer and chemical industry following the balanced score card approach.
  • Helped in end to end implementation of the system at client site through extensive training sessions which involved designing a training module for each phase of the performance management system focusing on experiential learning through activities, case-studies and other audio-visual aids.

Experience – Talent Management & Assessment /
  • Designed competency framework – both behavioural and functional for a leading exchange in India. Based on the competencies, detailed the career progressions for normal and high potential employees in the exchange.
  • Designed tools like role plays, case-studies, simulations etc. based on competency frameworks for leading MNC banks in India to asses people for promotional talent pool. Conducted the Assessment centers and provided face-to-face feedback to participants
