I.  Old Business

a.  Humans vs. Zombies

i.  Informational this week—September 12th in Moody Hall 103A at 5pm

ii.  Advertising

iii.  We are in need of moderators for the game. In order to be a moderator, you need to be an active RHA member. Contact Jarron Morris at for information or to apply.

b.  13th Gate Trip

i.  This upcoming Friday (Sept. 13th)

ii.  Meet at Randolph Hall @ 4:00pm

iii.  Depart at 4:15pm PROMPTLY—Don’t be late!

iv.  13th Gate opens at 7:00pm

c.  Splatterbeat

i.  October 24

ii.  Roof of Taft Street Parking Tower

1.  Enter the parking garage from the stairwell near the elevators (the one facing E. St. Mary). Go to the top floor. You will need your Cajun Card to have access to the roof.

2.  Note: Do NOT try to use the exterior stairwell that faces Baker Hall because it will be blocked off.

d.  Homecoming

i.  Organization applications for nominations are due September 19th

ii.  Interviews will be held September 23rd and 26th

iii.  Judges representing RHA will be Rachelle Washington and Chad Lazard

II.  New Business

a.  Tailgating

i.  There will be an RHA tent next to the UPC tent

ii.  Ideas were tossed around about games, contests, and prizes (to be decided upon by the executive board)

b.  Geaux Day (special preview day for honor students)

i.  This upcoming Saturday, September 14th

ii.  Volunteers to represent RHA for this event indicate so on a sign-up sheet

c.  Instagram

d.  Wild Out Wednesday

i.  September 11th from 5pm-8pm at the Rose Garden behind Coronna Hall

a.  Regional Reports

i.  SWACURH news—a meeting will be held between the region’s NCCs and we will have more information about this year’s SWACURH conference next week

ii.  SWACURH dates—November 14th-17th

b.  Organizational Outreachers

i.  UPC

1.  Ragin Roar will be held this Thursday, September 12th at 8pm in the Quad

2.  The Homecoming Week theme will be “UL’s Best Week Ever”

c.  Community Service

i.  RHA Team for The Big Event

1.  October 19th from 8am-12pm
