  • Sebrenna Whitlock and Rob Johnson will be conducting this session
  • RSVP so that lunch is available
  • Stephen Ray Lecture on Forgiveness– Thursday, November 21th, 11am
  • Thayer in Mayer – Tuesday, December 3rd, 11am

  • Amy Carlson volunteered to head the planning

  • Rachel McGill and Asa Coulson agreed to raffle some LTS gear
  • Kim Kendrick suggested that we postpone WinterFest until the beginning of next semester since we are pulling it together very quickly
  • Naomi Leapheart moves that we postpone WinterFest until the beginning of next Semester, Asa Coulson seconded the motion – motion carried unanimously
  • Amy Carlson will find a hard and fast date and begin planning

  • Donte Jones reviewed his proposal

  • Amounts were discussed but no decision was made
  • Amy Carlson suggested that presentation be done within 1 month of event
  • Naomi Leapheart suggested that a hard date be given for presentations to be completed
  • Kim Kendrick, Donte Jones, Garrett Book and any others will find a time to sit down next Thursday, November 21st in Mayer Commons to have a completed Grant Application

  • Dawn Harmon shared that there will be an Anti-Trafficking Workshop January 24th, 9am-3pm, at LTS.
  • Dawn Harmon will also be keeping SCC updated on the Racial Diversity committee
  • Dawn Harmon also shared that there will be a chair, named for Nathan Baxter, for a faculty member of color
  • Naomi moved that we set limit $50 for refreshment subsidization, Asa Coulson seconded it, unanimously carried

  • SCC has been asked to cover the Security Deposit – this money will come back unless there would be damages
  • Paul Eyer asked SCC to put forward the $300

  • Asa Coulson suggests that LTSO goes primarily online
  • Naomi Leapheart suggested that we keep a minimum
  • Once an online component is in place, Asa suggested that his salary be given to someone to create logos
  • Asa Coulson and Rachel McGill will try and liquidate the current merchandise.

  • Will be trying to get it for Fall of Next Year
  • Dr. Soto will be handling Dean of Students responsibility

  • Bibliographies around specific issues for people who want to expand their learning
