Puppy Sales Contract and Guarantee

As a breeder, my main goal is to produce, by selective breeding, Golden Retrievers that possess the soundness, temperament, natural working ability and personality that is reflected in the breed standard. My goal in placing puppies is to put them in homes where they will be treated with love and respect as cherished companions. I have chosen sound working parents in the breeding of this puppy and I hope that it will be given the opportunity to use and develop its working ability to achieve goals through work with you as an owner.

If Buyer neglects any of these responsibilities, including but not limited to allowing the puppy to become overweight, the Breeder’s dysplasia guarantee is null and void.

If the Buyer decides at any point in the dog’s life not to keep the dog, please contact the Breeder so I can help negotiate the proper course of action.
