Q: Do I need a membership to book a guy?
A: No membership is needed to book a guy on the private page however a private pass or credits is needed to make a private booking or a reservation. Membership is required to book a new guy & member’s only guys
Q: How can I pay?
A: NSA5 offers the most discreet payment options. We use SA’s biggest payment merchant Payfast for EFT & Card transaction. Our name will never appear on your statement only Payfast. We also offers cash payments at Nedbank atm’s and cash at Nedbank branches. We also offer payments at Checkers/Shoprite, FNB ewallet & ABSA cash send.
Q: Where can I view all the guys?
A: You need a membership to view all our guys. Some of our guys want a discreet profile for their privacy and only members can see their profiles. All our latest & new guys will be exclusively available to our members.
Q: How do I book guys?
A: Private bookings you pay for a guy’s number and make a booking direct with him making him an offer from R500 per hour (Min charge) Our members can use their credits for a guy’s number or get free contacts of our guys on the free & xxx pages.
A: Scheduled bookings you forward us the date,time, service & the model you want. We will confirm the booking and take 250 credits from your account. Non members will pay R250 reservation fee. Please note we don’t accept last min bookings for scheduled service allow a min of 6 hours’ notice.
Q: The guy I booked or paid for a private pass is no longer offering his services?
A: We offer a full refund if the guy you wanted decided he no longer offering his service or is not available within next 5 days.
Q: I have paid for my private pass where do I get or ask for a guy’s number?
A: You can email with the email you registered on Payfast asking for the guys contact number or use the Request information box on the private page. If you paid cash for a pass use the reference given to you. You can also request on WhatsApp 0812142582
Q: I have paid for my membership where can I login?
A: Our automated system will email your login details to the email address used on Payfast. Please check your spam box as well. Click on the members tab and insert your login details.
Q: Is NSA5 legitimate?
A: Natural Company’s NSA5 has been offering services across South Africa now for 3 years. Our details have been verified with Payfast with a green verification logo so you can payus with confidence.
Q: Are NSA5 guys safe?
A: NSA5 guys are screened, interviewed & copies of their ID & local address are kept on file. We are very proud of our guys with no incidents of theft from our client’s home/hotel. We had 4 incidents of EFT fraud in our 3 years and we advise clients not to pay models upfront via eft and only cash on arrival.
Q: I had a bad experience?
A: NSA5 hashad 1000’s of guys during the last 3 years and if you had a bad experience let us know to dismiss a guy. NSA5 is like a shopping mall of men one bad shop does not make the mall bad.
Q: Complaints/Refunds
A: You can contact us 24hrs on with your comments, complaints, refunds & suggestions.
Q: How does credits work?
A: Platinum and Diamond members receive free credits to request guys contact numbers free this is valid for the duration of the membership. Bonus credits are valid for 72hrs.
Q: I am not a South African or in South Africa can I book services?
A: NSA5.com offers services skype shows / whatsapp chats to anyone in the world with a valid credit card. You can also fly our men to select countries like UK , Australia , NZ , USA , Asia & S/America.
Q: How does Skype shows work?
A: Skype shows you pay NSA5 a once off fee for a guysskype username. You than book the show directly with the guys and pay the guy via EFT for the show upfront if you in South Africa. International buyers will pay NSA5 for a show upfront and we will settle with our models in South Africa 10% admin fee is added.
