فاذا جاء اجلهم لا يستآ خرون ساعة ولا يستقد مون
“When their term expires, they would not be able to delay for a single moment, just as they would not be able to postpone it” (Al-Nahl: 61)
INTRODUCTION:
With the help of Allah, we have been able to establish and register Al-Falah Association Incorporated with the following objectives:
1. To give financial and moral support to paid members when they have bereavement (loss or death).
2. To secure property and personal effects of the deceased members and others and to act as executors if so appointed.
3. Pickup dead bodies from the Hospital or Home
4. Organise proper Ghusal program according to Islamic Shariah
5. Provide a Coffin for a deceased person (s)
6. Organise a Grave in a suitable Cemetery
7. Organise Funeral Prayer (Salat-ul-Janazah)
8. Inform all community members in Sydney region & NSW
9. Cover all expenses including Gravesite, Coffin, Death certificate, Materials cost and Transportation of the deceased.
10. Food to be organized by the members to serve the guests or family of the deceased.
11. The Association will also manage the cost of any overseas visitor’s death, to bury the dead body in Australia or to send overseas. This will be paid through the contribution.
12. To give moral support to families members as far as possible, and provide financial assistance for the funeral cost of the poor, needy and wayfarer if sufficient funds are available in the special fund set aside for the purpose.
Our main “AIM” is to provide funeral support for our paid members, by displaying quality service, kindness, sincerity, and compassion irrespective of what beliefs you may hold.
Pre-arranging your funeral has many advantages in the 21st century. It allows you to have the funeral service, as well as allowing you to fix the major costs at today’s prices. It also removes the stress of arranging a funeral on your behalf, at a time when your family will be grieving and experiencing great sadness and loss. Except Allah, no one knows when you may need this service.
TERMS & CONDITIONS
MEMBERSHIP FEE:
· The membership fee for each family is $250.00 per calendar year.
· The membership fee for any overseas student is $100.00 per calendar year.
· The Executive Council will approve the new membership.
· The Secretary General will inform members before the expiry date, to update their yearly fee before the due date.
· The membership fee must be paid by each family during January each year.
· The Association will provide only 15 days extension to update the membership otherwise the Association will have the right to cancel the membership.
· The members are required to update their account during January each year.
· The application fee is non-refundable.
· The membership fee should be deposited into the following account:

CHANGE OF ADDRESS OR CONTACT DETAILS:
It is member’s responsibility to inform the Association in case of any change of address or contact details.

5 - Provide every member with a full written estimate of our charges.
6 - We will do our very best to organise the funeral according to the Islamic Shariah and Australian
standard.
