- Before filling out this form, you and your sponsoring faculty member should fully read the Honors Augmentation Contract (HAC) Directions.
- On the application, you must type the requested information into this Word Document, save a copy for your own records, print the document, and then gain the required signatures. Remember to plan for extra time to gain the signature before the HAC deadline
- Once you have the required signatures, please submit the HAC Application to the Honors College by the deadline. HAC Applications will not be considered after the deadline
- Check your WKU email for notification of the HAC Application’s approval or the need for revisions

Will they be part of your course grade, or will they only count for Honors Credit? Please read the HAC Directions for suggestions as to how HACs can be incorporated into a student’s course grade.
