Job profiles and descriptions

The job profiles in Microsoft Axapta Human Resource Management II help you specify the scope of your employees’ positions with standard job descriptions, areas of responsibility, work tasks and accomplishments. This gives you a complete picture of the competencies that an employee must have in order to fill any of the vacant positions within your business. Each job description also highlights key responsibilities.

Automate key recruitmentprocesses

Recruiting new employees and managing internal job rotations are ongoing processes. The recruitment features in Microsoft Axapta Human Resource Management II helps you control these processes and automates many of the simpler tasks associated with recruiting.

You can set up standard communication procedures for dealing with job applicants. Categorize and track correspondence, meetings, and phone calls. The entire human resourcemanagement process will be simpler and quicker for you. Additionally, applicants will get a professional and efficient introduction to your company.

Take control of the applications you receive by creating applicant profiles that can be updated with contact information and résumé data. With automated personnel recruitment processes, you control the process from the moment an application is received, through correspondence and interviews with relevant managers, right up to the point of employment or rejection. Track each application through the system

You can follow your applications all the way through the system with statistical overviews. Just let the system generate statistical overviews for different phases of the recruitment process to measure the effectiveness of various recruitment activities.

Absence management

You can monitor employee absences, to identify trends in absenteeism,and be proactive in offering assistance to employees. In Microsoft Axapta Human Resource Management II, all types of employee absence can be registered and administered. Set up profiles for each type of absence such as vacation, illness, disability, pregnancy and parental leave. The profiles can contain a wide range of variables, such as dates and manager approvals. When an individual employee is absent, you can link the employee to the appropriate absence profile. You can easily get an overview of the number of absences and their cause for any given time period. Absence per employee can also be displayed graphically in a calendar.
