Participants must be at least 15 ½ years old. This certified program providesclassroom instruction & driving/observation time. Driving Only option available for $325 for students who have already passed the classroom portion of the course..Advanced Registration Required
Boys’Lacrosse-Outdoor (Grades 5-8): Mon., (9/18-10/16) 5:00-6:30pm, $25, Indian River HS (Lacrosse Field)
This clinic is for first time players to learn the game, as well for experienced players to improve their skills through drills and games.
Beginner’s Volleyball Skills Academy for Grades 4-6: Tues., (9/19-10/24) 5:30-7:00 pm $40 GWCarver GymRegister by 9/15/17
This class is for students who would like to learn basic volleyball skills in order to try out or a school team or even play for fun.

This class is for students who have already mastered basic volleyball skills and would like to further advance their skills.

Babysitting Certification Course by Delaware Safety Council: Tues & Wed., (10/10 and 10/11) 5:30-7:30 pm, $50, GWCarver
Provides students ages 11 to 16 with basic skills training and information that is necessary in caring for infants and children, such as emergency action steps, personal safety, fire safety, infant care, basic first aid, and choking management.

This high intensity, low impact, fat burning workout is a combination of moves using step, dance and weights.

This class is a heart pumping aerobic class with floor exercises that will shape all essential areas and help you get the results you want.

Full body conditioning - This class will be split intervals of cardio exercises to get the heart rate up and rounds of core toning/strengthening exercises to firm your entire body. Bring a yoga mat, light dumbbells and water.

Are you ready to sculpt and shape your entire body? This class will integrate high intensity and lower intensity intervals maximizing the entire gym! Work at your own pace, but be ready to be challenged! Come with a pair of dumbbells, an exercise mat, and a great big smile!

Combination class for bothbeginners and continuing students who are interested in developing a consistentyoga practice focused on increasing core strength, balance, and flexibility. Bring a yoga mat & large beach towel.

This course will focus on toning the body through exercise with physical and cardiovascular benefits. Please bring an exercise mat.
