New Dominion LLC June 2008-Aug. 2010Workover,Completions,Production Foreman duties included Supervise daily Workover,completions and production.Supervise areas on new and existing construction to include production facilities, disposal plants, gathering lines,disposal lines and water lines. All operations of production and disposal plants. Supervised and developed wells to be converted from esp’s to rod pumps due to low production. Supervise office yard and supply building. Tracked and monitored well failures and devoloped preventive measures. Conduct daily safety meetings with crews on location. Operator/Sr operator. Operated and maintained a water flood lease that included 2 areas one was 24 producing wells 2 compressors injection facilities and 5 injectors. The other area included 85 producing rod pump wells,6 esp’s,water well,30 injectors, and 8 gas compressors in which I did pm’s and minor repair order parts and supplies. Looked after rod pulls pump changes and tbg downhole issues. Instrumental in increasing the production of this field 200 bopd to 500 bopd and gas from 1.6 mmcf to 2.7 mmcf per day. Supervise lease work by company ,contract and 3rd party personnel.
