Description: This is a 2 day TTC Plan Development Course designed to enable the participants to obtain an understanding of the fundamental concepts and MnDOT standard practices related to the design of temporary traffic control plans for MnDOT let projects. Participants will receive a MnDOT Traffic Control Design Manual that serves as a reference and contains links to appropriate documents used in the development of a TTC Plan.

Class Fee: $200 for Government Employees; $300 for non-Government Employees. Fee includes materials, lunch and morning refreshments.

Lodging:Please make your own arrangements if necessary. There are numerous hotels within a few miles of the training location.

Registration: MNDOT EMPLOYEES - Obtain your supervisor’s approval, then contact your Training Representative to register for the class.

MnDOT employees must enter the funding string that will be used to pay for this class on the registration form when submitting to the TDS. Registration form is attached.

NON MNDOT EMPLOYEES - Please use attached registration form and send to: Ron Bisek, 1500 West County Road B2, MS 725, Roseville, MN 55113. Registration form and check must accompany each other. There will need to be a separate check for each person attending.

Registrations will be closed on January 23, 2017.

Enrollment confirmations will be sent to paid registrants via email two weeks before class. You are not registered until confirmation is received. Class size is limited.

Cancellation:All cancellations must be made by 7 calendar days prior to the class starting date to Ron Bisek. Substitutions allowed. (late cancellations & no shows will be charged) All cancellations must be through the TDS. (MnDOT ONLY)

Compensatory Time:Employees who are subject to overtime should note that all non-assigned training is voluntary and that the total time is not to exceed the regular scheduled work day.

Materials:Each participant will receive a course manual. Electronic copies will be available online.

Cost Accounting:MnDOT Employees should use activity code 0600 on their time sheet for this class.
