2.To approve Minutes of the Council Meetings held – 6 & 20 September 2016 taken as read.
3.a) To record Declarations of Interest by any member of the Council in respect of agenda items

6. Planning Matters
Query regarding planning numbers relating to the Laceby Gardens development – requested by
Councillor Schofield.
Enforcement letter regarding blocking of footpath to be considered.
To consider any planning applications that may be received after the printing of this agenda.
7.Reports from previous minutes
Village Square Area and Stagecoach buses – email regarding turning space to be considered.
Highways works to High Street and email reply regarding drop kerbs to be considered.
Footpath from Aylesby to Laceby report by Councillor Marshall to be considered.
To consider any reports brought to the attention of the meeting by members.
8. Financial Matters
The following accounts require payment/ approval:-

Salaries total for three employees to end October 2016 to be informed.

Councillor Marshall to be reimbursed for bolts/washers for play area 2.89
Councillor Marshall Chairman’s allowance for Sept. 2016 20.00
D Weatherill – Clerk’s Petty Cash 75.00
PKF Littlejohn LLP – audit of accounts 2015/2016 240.00
ARG Groundworks – work carried out at Laceby Cemetery 2,245.00
Councillor Marshall mileage claim for 39 miles for travelling with Councillor
S. Greenbeck to Leeks Masonry at Louth etc regarding quotations for WW1
plaque. (Memorial Plaque to be re-sited.) 15.60
Any invoices received after the printing of the Agenda may also be considered for payment by the Council.
Note – wages cheques posted 16 September to Litter Picker and Groundsman have been lost in post and new cheques issued 27 September 2016 when realised these had gone astray.
Bank required letter signed by two Councillors to stop the original cheques.
Reduction in interest rate in respect of savings accounts to be noted.
Capping of parish and town council precepts letter to be noted.
Report by Clerk in respect of Auditor’s recommendations regarding Assets registered figures to be noted and decision made as to how these are to be recorded in future.
9.Allotments
Report by Clerk in respect of tenants payments.
To consider any report received since the printing of the agenda.
10.Cemetery Matters/Churchyard Matters
Cemetery:-
Trees in Cemetery – work required to be reported and quotations received if any to be considered
Wesleyan Chapel WW1 Memorial Plaque – update by Councillor S. Greenbeck.
Repairs to War Memorial to be discussed.
Use of expired exclusive rights to be considered – report by Clerk.
To consider any other reports received since the printing of the agenda.
11.Butt Lane Field Site
Further information from Jack Fox now received and previously circulated – to be discussed.
12.St Francis Grove Play Area
Repairs to play area gate – Councillor Marshall to report.
Report regarding removal of metal bolts and consideration to be given to repairs to zig zag upright base.
No dogs signs have they been removed and should they be replaced.
Under 8 years play area sign to be considered (two signs for the gates.)
13.Correspondence
Letter from Wilson Sharpe & Co to be considered.
CPRE 90th Anniversary email to be considered.
Any other correspondence received after the printing of this agenda may be considered.
14.Stanford Centre Group
To consider report if any.
15. Nature Area
To consider if any further work is required to the site.
16. Information Exchange
If any to be reported.
