Personal Statement:

I am an experienced, TESOL certified English language teacher with over two years experience in China as well as South America. During my career I have created and developed lessons, textbooks and curricula in fields ranging from business English to everyday communication. I am also familiar with a wide range of ESL teaching material, including multimedia systems such as ELLIS and others from publishers Oxford and Cambridge, etc.

I am currently seeking employment in a training centre or private school as an English or general education teacher for students aged 6 and above. I currently hold a Chinese working(Z)visa and I am in excellent health.

My current position is Head of Foreign Teachers’ Department, in charge of over 10 staff, at U.N. International English Education and Training.

My duties as head of foreign teachers’ department include:

Spinmaster Toys (Mainland China)

At Spinmaster Toys I was the “in-house” English language trainer, responsible for improving the workforce’s spoken and written English abilities. I was responsible for the design, selection and implementation of course activities and learning materials. My role was central to improving the communication skills of the mainland China research and development division of this large international company.
