Saturday 8:00 -11:00 AM EDT Registration and final polishing. No entry fees accepted after 11:00 EDT

Show site: Hamilton County parks, Sharon Woods Park, Cardinal Crest Picnic area just south of I275 at Sharon Park Lane and St Rt. 42. A current “ Hamilton County park sticker” (included with your registration fee) must be displayed on your vehicle at all times while inside Sharon Woods.

Regulations
- Owner, or member of immediate family, is asked to be with the car at time of judging, extending courteous cooperation to all judges
- Bonnet and Boot must be closed at commencement of judging
- Roadster and Drop Head Coupes,: removable side screens should be displayed alongside the car.
- All other cars should have doors and side windows closed
- proof of originality is the responsibility of the owner
- All cars judged in place. Each class as a unit
- The only vehicle preparation allowed after 12:00 is dusting.
- Scoring questions should be addressed to the Chief Judge, prior to class judging. Judge’s decisions are final
- All Vehicles to be judged must be driven to the judging area
- Tool kits, jack rolls and Owners’ Manuals should be displayed outside judged vehicle in Champion class
- Class trophies will not be mailed. Please make prior arrangements if you cannot be at the awards banquet
- Each entrant will receive, shortly after the Concours, his or her judging forms plus a report of scores of all vehicles entered. Copies of all scores will be maintained.
- JCNA will receive copies of scores for all cars entered in the JCNA classes in Jaguar Club of Greater Cincinnati Concours to assist with the selection of Best Jaguar in Class of North America
Note: every precaution will be taken to protect cars entered in the Concours, but the Jaguar Club of North America, Inc. The Jaguar Club of Greater Cincinnati and the Holiday Inn, will not assume liability for damage to cars, personal property or personal injury.
