·  Geneviève had contact Tony and provide the breakdown of costs of the Golf tournament, the revenue of the “blackjack for Scholarship”.

Tony Desjardins provides the Treasurer’s Report for the period ending October 29th, 2010. The attached report didn’t include financials of the golf tournament held September 24, 2010.
Tony will have to supply the final Treasurer’s Report for the next meeting.

Professional Activities
·  Jocelyn and her committee members will look into the options of organizing a tour at the new Casino, Pump House Brewery, Molson Brewery or a conference regarding the Petitcodiac River.
·  Réjean will follow up regarding the U de M new stadium tour. The propose site visit will be this spring.
Social Activities
·  Member’s Reception on January 19, 2011, was a success again this year even with the weather condition. During the reception Mr. Joel Vallée did a presentation on the volunteer work he did with mondiale solidarité, when they went to Cuzco, Peru.
·  Serge mentioned that a member hockey tournament will be held this winter on April 8 & 9, 2011 in Halifax, N.S. They are looking for players.
·  The next event will be the Family Fun Day at the end of this month. This event would be a sleigh ride and BBQ at the Rotary Park in Dieppe. The proposed date is Sunday February 27, 2011.

Tina will send e-mails to branch members for upcoming activities: member’s Family Fun Day and the curling activity in Fredericton.

·  Joël couldn’t reserve ice time at the UdeM arena for the game between the Engineering students vs APEGNB Members hockey game.

a)  Réjean will send the applications for scholarships to the university students.
b)  Request for financial support from two UdeM winning Teams for the Atlantic engineering competition that was held last weekend at the University of Moncton. The branch Executive agreed to donate 200$ to each team.
