Together we provided Whirlpool with anAT&T managed, Cisco-based EVPN solution valued at $20M to AT&T. The new VPN technology proposed by AT&T and Cisco collapsed multiple networks into one simple cost effective platform with the ability to handle Whirlpool’s global needs and position it for future expansion. AT&T and Cisco closed this $8.5M IP Enabled Frame Relay Solution for ABC Supply to help this large wholesale distributor of roofing and siding materials reduce complexity and minimize cost. With regard to partnering with Cisco, AT&T Representative, Craig Mallie stated, “Cisco greatly exceeded my expectations.”

Adding Vendor Splendor for Costco – Cisco & AT&T (Segment: SCG)

Costco Wholesalewas looking to enhance customer experience by giving outside vendors access to their warehouses through kiosks. AT&T and Cisco closed this $6.0M Managed Router Services solution for Costco Wholesale to help the largest wholesale club operator in the US improve their customer experience and generate revenue. This joint AT&T /Cisco solution not only provided a networking solution to bring vendors into their stores through kiosks but they also proposed a new business opportunity by adding photo development through the web.that exceeded Costco’s expectations. AT&T Representative, Doug Martin stated, “AT&T and Cisco are true business partners that worked together to ensure mutual success at Costco.”

Creative Solutions Across the Board - AT&T & Cisco (Segment = SCG)

When Raytheon, an industry leader in defense and government electronics,needed to quickly upgrade to a next generation network in order to compete for a defense contract, they turned to AT&T and Cisco. After AT&T’s NI and Account teams developed a creative solution that involved a recurring AT&T NI service offer (CPE – leased to customer), Program Management, deployment and IPeFR), they asked Cisco to come through on some creative solutions of their own. Using processes and procedures developed by AT&T’s SP&A Group and Cisco’s Alliance team, the team was able to quickly line up the necessary personnel, approvals, and appropriate delivery timelines at Cisco to insure success at Raytheon. According to AT&T Representative, Jim Carrigan, “The procedures in place helped our team to quickly identify the right Cisco people needed to make this deal fly.
