J All classes will be reviewing multiplication, division, and measurement this week. The homework serves as a study guide for a test that we are having on WEDNESDAY. Therefore, homework is due on WEDNESDAY this week. We began practicing the 7s multiplication facts last week and will not have a quiz on those until after Christmas.

J This week the student’s will continue working on author’s purpose.
J We will also continue working on point of view using nonfiction.
JThe test over this unit will be on Thursday.
J No homework again this week.

J We are continuing our unit on Weather. Students will be keeping track of the weather each day. We will continue to compare our weather with the weather in Brazil. We will also be learning about Extreme Weather.
We will have a short test on weather this week!!
J I will allow students time to complete their homework in class this week!!

ü Christmas Program for Grades 3-5: Tuesday Dec. 16th at 5:30pm at Building B Gym; Students need to be there by 5:15

ü Christmas Party & Last Day for Christmas Break- Friday, Dec. 19th: For the gift exchange, girls will buy a girl’s gift, boys will buy a boy’s gift!! Price range: $5.00- $7.00.
