Posting LenStar MFR and POC Tracking to Fidelity’s BNKS and BNKC

LenStar Host Post supports the posting of Bankruptcy MFR and POC event tracking to BNKS and BNKC screens. This feature is available in version 3.10d and higher.

To enable MFR/POC posting please insure that you have version 2.02 of Template Builder or “LenParms” installed in your LenStar folder.

Each time a date is posted from LenStar to Alltel an entry is made in the BNKN screen detailing the contents of the posting and indicating it originated in LenStar’s tracking system. This is similar to LenStar’s foreclosure posting.

Any version of Host Post or Template Builder can be obtained by accessing the files located in the Downloads section of our Web site, If you need additional information or support, please contact LenStar Support. The support staff can be reached at 877-829-9400 Option 1.

/ Note: Where applicable, only completed/actual dates are posted. No projected/scheduled dates from LenStar will post to Fidelity’s servicing system.

LenStar events that can be posted to the BNKC/BNKS

The following are the defined LenStar events that can be posted to the BNKC/BNKS, their LenStar upload code values and the location it will update on Fidelity’s MSP.
