NEWS

The Centre welcomes Dr. Armen Mazmanyan as a postdoctoral researcher on a BOF grant. His research concentrates on constitutional design and constitutional justice in the context of the democratization of post-soviet countries (promoter: Prof. P. Popelier).

Triantafyllos Gkouvas has joined the Centre in September. His research project is titled: ‘Law’s Humility: An Inquiry into the Rationality of Law’s Claim to Authority’ (Promoter: Prof. G. Pavlakos)

Dr. Stefano Bertea has moved to a Readership at the LawSchool, University of Leicester, following a two-year stay at the Centre for Law and Cosmopolitan Values. We wish him the best of success with his future endeavours.

The second issue of the Journal Jurisprudence (Hart Publishing) is going to be published in December.
