Revenue Analyst (Revenue Management at Regional Level - APJ):
- To project the Forecast to the Management on the amount of Secured revenue for the respective Quarter on a bi-weekly basis for the HP Software -APJ Region (based on bookings till previous quarter –both Upfront & Renewal Sales Business)
- To trigger & project the actual secured revenue to the management on the monthly basis for the respective Quarter – both Upfront & Renewal Sales Business
- Analyze and report if there are any differences between the forecast and actuals & letting the management know if there are any upsides or revenue reversals(Variance Analysis)
- To trigger & project the In-Quarter revenue to the management on the monthly basis for the respective Quarter – both Upfront & Renewal Sales Business
- To Identify & arrest any Revenue leakage and acknowledge the same to the Management on the Revenue scope
- Support the Regional Finance team to set Revenue Budget for the Organization.
Sales Analyst:
RegionalSales Forecast:
- Working closely with Sales Manager & Sales Team in providing the weekly and fortnightly pipeline report prior to APJ flash calls.
- To project the country level Business Performance to Regional Director in APJ Flash calls.
- To validate& Forecast the Renewal rate for the respective Region.
- To provide information on the deals with respect to Lost, Win back, Multiyear & evergreen conversation Ratio to both Sales Manager & Sales Director
- To provide the data to the Worldwide Management for the Country/Regional Budget Setting
- To Update & capture the necessary information on the respective deals in the CLOUD Pipeline tool
- Monitoring the Sales performance on a monthly basis against their Quota & sharing the data with Sales Managers.
- Allocation of the respective deals to Sales team as per the inputs gathered from Sales Managers.
- Providing the inputs to Sales Manager which is gathered from Sales & FOCA’s for “War room” Sessions which happens on the last week of the every Quarter
- To provide & prepare the Quarterly Business Review (QBR) data which will be discussed along with the Country Sales Manager & The Regional Director of APJ. This Data determines the Sales team performance of the respective region against their allocated Budget.
Sales Compensation (SCO):
- To Prepare the data for the Sales Quota based on the Country Budget and the same is shared to SCO team for therespective Salary payoutfor the Sales & Sales Manager with the Management Approval
- Perfect tracking of bookings done by the respective Sales on a day to day basis & submitting the same Consolidated report to Sales Compensation(SCO) Team on a Monthly basis for their Salary
- Analysis, Validation & workout done on the Sales bonus which is Winback Bonus & Growth Bonus on a Quarterly basis & the submitted the same to SCO Team for the Sales Bonus payout
- Resolving & providing inputs with sufficient information for any issues related to Sales compensation benefits.
MIS/FOCALead:
- Generate all scheduled reports on time, especially renewal quote report generation from Business Warehousing (BW) tool, validation, and reconciliation to Sales ATR.
- Liaise with country & offshore contract administration teams, Sales Operation and contract operations management to resolve renewal quote generation issues.
- Generating ADHOC reports based on Sales Operation Team’s requirement and providing solutions to the reports sent by Business Managers & Sales team worldwide.
- Assisting APJ Sales Operations Team in terms of validating the respective reports which is useful to set the Sales Quota for the upcoming Fiscal Year
- Creating quotes, contracts, order booking with purchase order, Invoicing in SAP & sharing the same to customers.
- To Provide strong operational support to Sales & support the Management on the Process Improvement Projects.
- Accountable for achievement on Customer Satisfaction and HP Business Targets by ensuring end-to-end co-ordination with Sales, Business Development, Credit & Collections, Regional Finance Teams, Global Business Centre (back office), License team.
Team Lead/SME (NBQ – Product Pricing, Warranty & Support) :
- Handled a team of Ten Members.
- Handled the role of SME and involved in projects related to Process improvements
- Providing training to New Joiners.
- Preparing & Updating the Process training documentations & cascading the same to the Team.
