  6. Inactivation of program awards

These program awards have been replaced by other programs and are no longer in the catalog. However, they never came to the Curriculum Committee for official inactivation once the replacements were approved locally, at CCCCO, and by ACCJC. The replacements are currently in the catalog and these are not. So they had been effectively inactivated, but the Curriculum Committee never took official action on them.

  1. Articulation Officer updates
Gabriela Lopez discussed the transition to the new version of ASSIST. The new site isn’t going to be available for a year. This has created a problem for counselors working with students for transfer and articulation. Soon there will be limited access to the 17-18 articulation information. It will include articulation updates that should have been in the new version if it had gone live as expected.
  2. Report from the Chair
  3. Technology updates

Work is continuing on Cnet to fix the form templates that aren’t working well and to ensure that people get the correct email notifications about approvals needed.
