If possible, please include an extra slide, image or photo of you producing your work (for festival publicity). Please number images and include your name. Upon being accepted, images or photos submitted may be used for publicity or advertising.
All exhibiting and open studio artists are to be set up and ready to receive the public by 10 a.m. Judging will begin promptly at 10:30 a.m.
A fee of $25 will be included with $100 booth fee for usage of an electrical power source. Please indicate if you will require access to an electrical power source.

Community Arts & Funk Festival Hours: Marcus Center for the Performing Arts l Peck Pavilion l 929 North Water Street
Take down: 5:30 p.m. – 7:00 p.m.
Set Up: 6:45 a.m. – 9:45 a.m.
Exhibition: 10:00 a.m. – 7:00 p.m.
Eligibility:
· Exhibitors are selected on the basis of the originality, artistic conception and quality of skill involved in the production of their works.
· Only crafts people and artists who produce their own work are eligible. Sales representatives and “buy and sell” agents are not eligible to exhibit.

Artists and Crafts persons must be personally present during time of judging to answer questions regarding the work and exhibit
display.
