Student Assistant in Procurement & Supply Chain
We are looking for a top-of-the-class student, who is eager to start an exciting job in Maersk Oil’s Danish business unit in Esbjerg. You will be working in P&SC Planning and Performance department being responsible for practical as well as administrative tasks. Main tasks will include; retrieval and analysis of data, KPI monitoring and reporting, presentations, and various practical tasks cross functionally within the Procurement and Supply Chain teams.

Key Responsibilities
You will be working in the newly established Planning and Performance Management Department within the Procurement and Supply Chain organisation of Maersk Oil Danish business unit, which has successfully established itself as a visual ideal regarding the best practice for reporting and publications of KPIs and dashboards.

Data and Reports from the P&SC organisation are increasingly being integrated within other dashboards in the business, and are establishing alignments and further data to initiate further collaboration cross functionally.Further, the P&SC Planning and Performance team deliver decision supporting materials for Steering Committee meetings, Cost Transformation program, KPI dashboards for initiatives run by P&SC and centralised reporting toward the group.
Some of your tasks will be:
• Recurring, mechanical, tasks such as extraction of data, preparation of reports, building KPI graphs and general updates for status meetings and dashboards etc.
• Data analysis, report publications, project management, workshops and meeting attendance
The student will work with the P&SC organisation in Esbjerg and will receive the necessary support and guidance by the Planning and Performance Manager.

You like to work with people and have a service mindset.
The ideal profile:
• Ideally, you are Studying Market Economist, which studies marketing, communication, statistics, change management and organisation.
• Knowledge of Microsoft office programmes, especially Outlook, Power Point and Excel.
• Strong written and verbal English skills.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
