Rental Payments must be received on time. You can make these payments by:

PLEASE NOTE: It is imperative that you emphasise to your bank your tenant name and reference number so it is mentioned on the transfer to ensure that we know the source of the funds.

Cash Payment: Can be made by bringing the CORRECT AMOUNT into our office as change will not be given.

Cheque: Can be made out to Rich Estate and posted to the PO Box above.

If you have any maintenance items that need to be addressed please report these immediately to your property manager by completing the attached maintenance request form and forwarding it to our office.

You will need to ensure your gas, electricity and phone are connected upon moving in. You can connect these by contacting:

AFTER HOURS EMERGENCY CONTACTS: only to be contacted in the event of an Emergency during after-hours or on weekends.

Electrical Faults: Please contact Western Power on 13 13 51 to make sure there are no power interruptions.

Please note that if we find the matter is not classified as an emergency, all costs incurred will be payable by yourself.

Keys: If you lock yourself out of your property during office hours you can collect a copy of the keys from our office to gain entry. You will need to provide photo identification and pay a $50 cash deposit to do this, which will then be refunded once the keys are returned. If this occurs after hours you will need to arrange a locksmith to attend at your own expense.
